Hi all,

I am looking for a solution to bring in data from Microsoft CRM as our request workflow was set up prior to Smartsheet. When a request is submitted for a product update, it is initiated in Microsoft 365 and then an email is sent to me. Is there a way to create an update to Smartsheet without a connector? Maybe Zapier? We do not have a budget to add connector to our plan and need a work around. Any help is appreciated.

I hope you're well and safe!

Yes, Zapier or another similar one or the Smartheet API. In my client solutions, I sometimes have an email that I decipher and use as the starting point for connecting with Zapier or something similar.

Would that work/help?
