Pulling version #s and most recent date of generated documents into fields in Smartsheet

Hi. I have a sheet set up for the intake of request forms. It takes the information submitted in the form and writes it to a pdf and stores that in the row. We sometimes need to send update requests back to the stakeholder to make updates. We would like to see how many versions of the form we have received for each request and the most recent date. I can see that information when I view at the documents, but I'm wondering if there is a way to pull the Version # and most recent date into a field in the row so we can easily report on it. I want to avoid the need to look at each one and manually enter the information.
