Summarizing data changes

I know that I can highlight cell changes in my Sheet but is there a way to summarize the changes in a report?

The data is updated weekly on Mondays. I need a way to summarize changes from last Monday to this Monday in an easy method. Today I'm doing this comparison in Excel with VLookup then summarizing my findings in an email to my team lead.

If you have a system generated Modified (date) type column, you could create a report that pulls in all rows based on a filter of this modified column being within the specified number of days or date range.
