Finding Duplicates
i've tried several formulas but none have worked the way I would like. Basically, If the row has a duplicate project number value from that column, then it checks the duplicate box. That's it…. Please help

On your checkbox column property, uncheck the restrict to text box property, then apply this formula,
=IF(COUNTIF([Project Number]:[Project Number], [Project Number]@row) > 1, 1, 0)
