How would I correct this formula so that if the answer were zero and/or there was an error I would want the cell to be blank?
=IFERROR([Work Performed Total]@row / [Employee Count]@row * 12, "")

I think you are just missing a bracket/parenthesis
If you do
=IFERROR(([Work Performed Total]@row/[Employee Count]@row)*12,"")
or
=IFERROR([Work Performed Total]@row/([Employee Count]@row*12),"")
Depending on if it is the result of Work performed Total / Employee Count that is multiplied by 12 or just the employee count multiplied by 12…
It should work

It didnt work. I want the cell to be blank if the answer is 0 and/or if the answer is error
