New RM Advanced Rpt feature not working

hi,

I am logged into Smartsheets and RM and trying to use the new Advanced Report feature.

It hangs in the dialog box loading a workspace. Anyone else experience this or have a solution?

    Is this still happening for you today? If so, I would first check the following factors:

    • Ensure you're connected to a strong network and that your internet speed is a good level
    • Check to see if this happens across different browsers
    • Check to see if this happens in Incognito mode, or a private browser window
    • Sign out of all instances of Smartsheet and Resource Management, then sign in again to try the same action
    • Ask someone else with the same permissions to log in and see if this happens for them

    If the dialog box still just continues to load without any progress, please contact Support through the Support Portal with a checklist of all the items you tested above and a screen recording.
