Dynamic View Safe Sharing now generally available!

Hi Community, 

In support of enterprise security, we are integrating Dynamic View with Smartsheet Safe Sharing capabilities to ensure Dynamic Views can only be shared to users and domains that are approved by the customer’s Safe Sharing list. Admins now have added assurance that views are only being shared with trusted users. 

After Safe Sharing has been enabled for the customer's plan, any changes to a view's share settings will be checked against the Safe Sharing list. Any admin, user or domain not on the customers Safe Sharing list will be automatically removed and a message will display to the user. In the case admins want to apply these settings to an existing Dynamic View, they must edit their share-to settings in order for the Safe Sharing check to apply.

Dynamic View is available for Business and Enterprise plans and is included in Advance Silver, Gold, and Platinum.

Safe sharing is set up in the Admin Center by the account System Admin. System Admins can also see how many active and shared views exist for their organization on their plan insights page.
