Aggregated Ticket ID
I'm still getting error as #No Match for this formula, not sure why.
I was able to use the same format to my other sheet and it worked, however on my other sheet, i just changed the range but now it's not working. I made sure column names are correct as stated on the formula.
=JOIN(COLLECT([Ticket ID]:[Ticket ID], [Client_ID]:[Client_ID], [Client_ID]@row), "; ")
Please help, thank you.

Is that error present in even just a single cell anywhere within either of the ranges?
-
No, it's the error on the cells where I placed the formula column

Are you able to provide some screenshots for context? That particular error is not usually associated with either of those those two functions. Typically when you see that one with one of them, it is because it is present somewhere in the referenced data and being pulled through.

Hi, @Paul Newcome
Here's the screenshot of the error.
Is it because there are some cells that doesn't have a value yet for the column Client_ID
-
What about the Client ID Column?
-
here you go (although I've covered them for confidentiality) those are the rows that has values while the rest are blank.
-
What formula are you using the populate the ids?
-
it's pulling from another sheet and I used =INDEX({SourceClientID}, MATCH([Client Name]@row, {SourceClientName}, 0))
-
Is there any way you can provide some samples? And you have confirmed that there is not even a single row in that column that has that error (no filters on the sheet or collapsed rows, etc.)?
