CA - intermittent alignment and rendering issues

Hi! We are new to Brandfolder and Content Automation. We have had intermittent issues where the alignment of data in the template vs the downloaded (completed) template are different. Additionally, we have had issues where images (all .jpg) randomly would not render properly. For example, the set up in the template had data center aligned, but the output was bottom aligned. Also, we uploaded an image that did not render correctly and looked warped.

Appreciate any insight anyone else has had on Content Automation.
