Collaborators (Editors) Can't See Filter Choices

Hi Everyone,  I have created a sheet that is very large. I have also created filters so that each person can find the information on the sheet that pertains to them. I have clicked the button to share the filters as well. However, some of my collaborators don't even see the window with the drop-down box to choose a filter. Some do...Any clue as to what the problem is? I'm a newbie at this, so forgive me if this has been asked and answered. I couldn't find it in the community or google.

Hi Jenn,

Have them right-click on any column header and select Show Filter Menu.
