WorkApp notifications problem - Notification from report with "Current User" filter

Hello,

I just received this no helpful notification from a WorkApp. The user made a comment on a report that has the "Current User" filter on it. The comment is for an issue on a ticketing system.

The key issues that make the notification not helpful are:

Cause of problem

1. In a WorkApp with a report filtered by "Current User", user tags someone in a comment
2. Smartsheet sends notification that includes the comment and link to the WorkApp report that is filtered by "Current user"
   1. Row with comment is not visible to the notification recipient because of the "Current User" filter.
3. The notification does not include any information about the row record so it is impossible to easily find.

Suggested solution

1. Include the following in the notification
   1. Link to source of comment. In this case, that is the "Current User" filter report in the WorkApp
   2. Link to the source of the record. In this case, that is the sheet containing the record.
   3. Provide the primary column value.
