How to count projects on a report
I have a report that summarizes all the projects assigned to my PMs.
How can I create a graph or metric that shows how many projects assigned to each PM?

We have the same need, we achieved the counts using report Filters - Group & Summaries. When applied I then display this report on our Dashboard for Management. Would this work for you?
