Viewing Dynamic View

I set up a dashboard for my different Dynamic Views. I have a couple of people that are having an issue opening the View. Most people don't have to login to see the view. I have a few that it is asking them to login. I have the view shared by groups and also the Shared Domains. It is still asking one of them to login and she can't get past that screen, even when she did login.

Does anyone have any suggestions on how to correct this?

Users will definitely have to login to see anything in Dynamic View. Smartsheet needs to know someone has proper access, unless you publish something, which can't be done in Dynamic View.

Whenever I have issues like that, I just ask the users to either try a different browser, or just log totally out of Smartsheet (all core apps + premium) and log back in to do a soft reset.
