Due date based on the start date and task schedule

I have a sheet and need to create a due date that based on the start date and calculates based on the task schedule. options in the task schedule are

Adhoc Request
Upon Request
Daily
Weekly
Monthly
Bi-Monthly
BI-Weekly
2 Times Per Week
2 Times Per Month
3rd Business Day of Month
Last Monday of Month
Last Tuesday of Month
Last Wednesday of Month
Last Thursday of Month
Last Friday of Month
EOM
EOW
Quarterly
Semi-Annual
Annual

I tried modifying the formula you suggested and keep getting a circular error. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
