Automation Putting Columns at end of Destination Sheet

Hello,

I have checked and reset this automation and the sheets multiple times and I am not able to figure out why it continues to add these columns to the end of the destination sheet, rather than adding the data to the designated columns in the destination sheet. Both source and destination sheet columns are set to drop downs. All other column's are populating correctly.

QCN Group Name and QCN Subgroup Name are the columns I am having issues with.

The only likely reason could be an additional space somewhere in the name of the columns.
