Control Center Malfunction

I recently tried to create a very basic folder of some template sheets via control center, which has worked really well in the past, but this time after "create project" this error message popped up:

"Failed to get configuration sheet with sheet ID XXXXXXXXXX"

Has anyone encountered this and if so how did you fix it? I cannot find the sheet ID referenced in the error message either so I am very confused. Please help!

Hi @MirandaLang

By the looks of the message, there seems to be something wrong with the Config sheet. Do you have issues in logging into the Control Center and loading your blueprint/program? If you are able to, you should raise a ticket with Smartsheet to get it checked,

Thank you for the reply! I have not had any issue logging into control center and have been able to use it generating other sheets/reports for a different program so I am not sure the issue but I will reach out to Smartsheet!
