Formula to reference another sheet only if the symbol column is "Green"

I am trying to create a calculation sheet where I only pull a name from the sheet if the "Opportunity Target" column has a "Green" symbol so that I can put it on my dashboard but I cannot seem to create a correct formula to only pull that data if a separate column in the sheet shows a symbol.

@RachelSilver A screenshot would be helpful, but it sounds like it would be something like this:

=index({NameColumn},match("Green",{OpportunityTargetColumn},0))

This would pull the first match with the green symbol/ball
