Pulling in most current metric from sheet to Dashboard

Hi there, Every week my PMs fill out a form on their project's status (Execution, closeout, etc). I have created a dashboard to show that status but only want to show the most current date's project status. Does anyone know how to do this?

I have pulled the project statuses into a 'sheet' to better the dashboard.
