Can I pull summary data from 2 reports and create a table?

I am trying to add the table below to a dashboardd

I have the value tabulated in separate reports pulling deferent sheets.
Can I pull summary data from 2 reports and create a table?

Have you tried creating a report from both sheets and using grouping / summaries?

Thank you for the reply, I created two reports using grouping/summaries. I would now like to put the grouping summary data from these two reports into a table.

I understand what you have done thus far. Have you tried creating another report that references both sheets at the same time?
