If Match Check Box Across Two Sheets

I am looking help with a formula.

Sheet 1: Homework - Week 1

Sheet 2: Cohort History

If a name appears on the Homework-Week 1, I would like it to check a column in Cohort History, column names Wk 1 for that same name.

=IF(HAS({Sheet 1: Homework - Week 1 Range : Name}, Name@row), 1)
