Create notification
Hi,
I create the notification. I know that the receipt should be collaborator (mean the smartsheet shared with them). However, may I ask if they are set as "Viewer", can they still get notification.
I have may be more than 10 people will receive notification...so, I need to know all level (editor, viewer) can receive notification.

Hello Peter,
Anyone shared to the sheet at any permission level will receive a notification as long as they've successfully signed in to Smartsheet at least once.
Otherwise, you can allow anyone with a valid email address (even if they aren't shared on the sheet and don't have a Smartsheet account) to receive notifications.
