How do I add a Task column to my Dashbaord

Hi There

I currently have a dashboard setup and want to add a widget that gives me the number of tasks at each stage from my Task Status column. The problem is when i go to find this through "Select Data" in the "Sheet summary view" the Task status column and its values are not shown.

Why is this how do I get to see them to select them?

You need to select the +New Field at bottom of sheet summary to add the summary field. Give it the name you want to use and enter a formula e.g. =SUMIF([Project Status]:[Project Status], "Budget", Total:Total)

Then when adding the widget from the summary sheet, the fields you entered will show up.
