Hi Brain Trust

I am trying to count all the AWFH within a range (Jan24) when the Corporate Row = Dept range in the reference sheet

have tried a couple of options but not getting the results i want

=COUNTIFS({Jan 24}, "AWFH - ADHOC WORK FROM HOME", {Dept}, Corporate@row)

What results are you getting? An unexpected count or an error message? Are you able to provide some screenshots for context?

Target Sheet

Source Sheet is a roster of Names and Columns for each day of the year -

So need to return a count of "AWHF" for each of the unique names in Column 1

=COUNTIFS({Jan 24}, "AWFH - ADHOC WORK FROM HOME", {Dept}, Corporate@row)

You will have to write out separate COUNTIFS for each of the individual date columns and then add all of them together.
