Hi @Joanne Nam,
Multiple users shouldn't use a single ID simultaneously, because ID sharing violates the user agreement. Could you share a bit more about the use case you had in mind?

Where can I go to learn how to use Outfit?
I have access to the Smartsheet University but do not see any courses that explain how to use Outfit like it does other apps. Can anyone point me in the right direction for learning everything Outfit? Thank you!
