How would i include multiple ranges from different sections of the sheet, row cells ?

yes, thank you: squares are my ranges. 1-10 are training attendees. Course name is training, same trainig can re-occur. thank you!

get a vertical list of all attendees per the training.

so these 1,2,3 in the course name are chronological, but can be from different trainings.
