How do I copy the value from the Finish date of Task 1 to the Start cell of Task Red?
How do I copy the value from the Finish date of Task A to the Finish cell of Task Red?

They dates of the start and finish will be changed in the future so I need the updated dates to also change for Task Red.

You would need to set your predecessors up accordingly. Something along the lines of Row1(FS) and Row4(FF).

how do I set a different predecessor for two cells in the same row?

If you click the pencil icon in the predecessor cell, it should open a small box that will allow you to specify row(s) and type(s).
