Decimals in % Allocation

I have some cases where someone is allocated to a piece of work for, e.g. 12.5% of their time but the % Allocation field automatically rounds this up to 13% - is there a way to stop this, or amend the field to allow decimals?

Hi, please see below - I'm working in a sheet with the % Allocation linked to resource management which is preventing me from making edits. I have Smartsheet Business but not the full RM package.
