Hoping you could assist me?

On Sheet Summary, I need the sum of all checked box "Forecast" for the status below except "Order Submitted"

so far I have this formula, how to add the status except Order Submitted.

=SUMIFS([Order Amount]:[Order Amount], Forecast:Forecast, "1")

Cancel /Rebook Check
DOP
NSSR
Order Review
Order Submitted
Quote
Cancel
Pending with Issue
