actually, i tried to update a filed in the form itself based on another field in the same sheet

for example i have a form for vacation request employee will fil the form to start a workflow for approve the request

i have the full data for all employee in another sheet in smart sheet

i want when the employee enters his code other fields like vacation balance and department and line manager update automatically in the same form (this information are fixed in another sheet)
