How to change and edit default time in Gantt Chart ?

Hi all,

I am trying to track time for each task in a gantt chart by using the formula (=Start@row + ""). This formula displays the date and time for each task as shown in the picture below. The problem is its assigning the default start time for a task to 8:00 am and I am not able to change it.

The project settings section provides me with an option to edit working days but not working time.

I would really appreciate it the community can help me with this.

@Danush Yeddula great to see your question, why you need to track on hourly base? Will you prepare work packages for different teams?
