Request approval not coming via email

Hello,

I have and automation set that request approval. But all those approval request only appear in the Smartsheet ecosystem, nothing coming via email.

I need the approval request to come through email. It says in Smartsheet video instruction for approval requests, that not even a license or account is required for approving the requests. How is that possible?

@Sander great to see taht you want to work with automatic approval — Dont worry they work with mails . Did you try to trigger the workflow manual?

Could you share some screen shot. Or the sheet.

Yes, I have tried to trigger it manually, test it, send it to other contacts etc.. But no email is coming through. Other Smartsheet emails are coming through.
