foreign language support
Does anyone know if it is possible to change the language in the date column of gantt sheets? Elsewhere I seem to be able to name columns etc in any language I want, but the months and days seem to be fixed. Many of my workers in China cannot read roman letters at all, let alone understand words, so it is an issue for us.

There currently isn't a way to change the Gantt timeline to Chinese characters. (Smartsheet currently isn't localized in Chinese.)
One thing that you might do is create a text/number column in your sheet that has the end date or week of your tasks in Chinese, then change the Gantt display label to that column.
