Can someone help me with the formula/function for this - looking to put it on a metric sheet for the dashboard to pull from:

6 tasks (Taks A-F) divided by Comple from Status column to get percentage of project done.

Yes lol, sorry my example was not clear enough. How about using this scenario using the percentages for First Phase 36% and Second Phase 100%. What would be the formula/function to calculate the percentage completed of the whole project?

Since it looks like you are using dependency settings, my suggestion would be to insert a new row at the top of the sheet to make this the very top parent row and indent everything else in the sheet below it.
