Manual Entry Smartsheet - How to include "Instructions"

Hi all!
We have a smartsheet that populates via a form, and once info is collected, we manually update the backend items as the project progresses. Recently, instructions were written as to who takes what task as the project moves forward. I would like these instructions to be visible or, at minimum, accessible, to all who access and work within this sheet. The only way I see to add this info is in the comments on a row. Is there another way to include that I am missing? Ideally, once the sheet is opened, I would like to see the steps prominently displayed. THANKS IN ADVANCE!
