Control Center Error Message

Hi all, I was hoping someone could assist. We were previously able to provision project successfully through control center, however now the automation logs are reporting a failure. I am receiving the following error message on all of the projects I'm attempting to provision:

Unable to retrieve Custom fields from Resource management. Error: invalid or missing auth token

No one has made any recent changes to our instance of Control Center so I don't know what is causing this new error message. Can someone please provide any assistance as it would be greatly appreciated.
