Enhancements to the Manage True-Up screen, now generally available

Hi Community, 

We’re excited to announce that we made enhancements to the Manage True-Up page in Admin Center for User Subscription Model plans, such as the addition of an "All Users" tab and search/filter features. 

Previously, the Manage True-Up page only displayed members and provisional members older than 30 days, leaving SysAdmins without visibility into newer provisional members, guests, and viewers. 

The new “All Users” tab in the Manage True-Up page gives SysAdmins full visibility into all the active users (including guests, viewers, and newly created provisional members). This enables more effective subscription management by allowing user upgrades and downgrades as needed.

These updates are available to SysAdmins in Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans that adhere to the User Subscription Model, both in the Commercial US and EU instances of Smartsheet. Learn more about how to manage users in the User Subscription Model.

We further enhanced the User types and true-up page in the Admin Center by adding a "Previous downgrades" column within the True-up tab. This new column shows the count of all the previous downgrades associated with a user. For context, a downgrade is when a user with a Member or Provisional Member gets moved to a Guest, Viewer or No Access state.
