Email Trigger Duplicating Body Content for Multiple Records

Hi @Genevieve P., I am hoping you can help me. I am having a problem with the trigger sending the email once but the email message is showing the number of times that person has a records so if they have two records the body of the email is showing twice but sent once. Is there a way to just have the one body email sent once for both records to people that have multiple records?

You cannot adjust how the emails send. If there's multiple records that trigger an email simultaneously then 1 email is sent that includes both rows. It sounds like that's what you want though?
