Reoccurring dates

is there anyway (formula or automation) i date column will / can update automatically base on a defined reoccurrence i.e every week?

Yes, use an automation and schedule it to run on the schedule you want. The automation action is "Capture Date". It will capture the date that it runs into a cell in the column that you point it at.
