Longtime smartsheet user, close to 15 years, non developer/programmer looking for template/ collection/dashboard etcetera for routine daily, weekly and monthly tasks program. Built quite a few tools in the past that seemed to work but they always fell short hoping somebody in the community has a good answer. Examples:
-verified monthly bank recs are complete-reviewed monthly financial- weekly linkedin/Facebook new post- reviewed weekly sales metrics- reviewed CRM metrics/todo's from other tool-opened feature request portal and answered/ reply to all-looked at various project management todo tasks across multiple projects and completed (followed up on building permit calls/followed up on estimates/ followed up on zoning applications/followed up on iBid submittals etcetera etc)
main function-to set up a tool to make sure that key daily, weekly and monthly routine tasks are completed by team members.
Type of tasks- review reports/sheets in smartsheet- review reports/ sheets in other software- complete specific smartsheet tasks listed in smartsheet- complete specific tasks in other smart sheets listed in smartsheet
features/ requests-Auto resets when complete/functionality you track missed tasks for a week but line up the next one-ability to set tasks for particular days of the week versus anytime during the week-easy access/clean UI for team members to view/hyperlink if necessary/check complete their daily, weekly tasks in one user interface-audit function/metrics for basic administrative skills to monitor performance/compliance company wide, an easy/gentle notification/communicationwith team members for past due or dropped tasks-Non overbearing reminder system for team members for past due tasks- clean performance/compliance dashboard/ report/metrics etc 4 upper management to review to spot serious anomalies and non compliance-Easy roll up/roll down feature to examine reports by type/ frequency/team member etcetera
