My guess (just a guess from the message) is that you or someone at your company is bombarding Google Drive with constant updates and you (or your domain) has gotten blocked.

Can you still use Google Drive directly?

This isn't really a Smartsheet problem, I'd contact your Google Help and see if they can tell you why Drive is preventing Smartsheet from accessing it.

Thank you, Yes now my drive is blocked by google api, Whatever shuttle i have created earlier its working for some i have changed shuttle and now i am using attachment.
