upgradin license from pro to business error

My company has purchased a business account and is trying to invite me and my projects into the business account. I keep getting an error, "This consolidation is not allowed for the new user subscription model." We were told this should be an easy transition but we dont see how to merge without losing all my work.

    Hello,

    I think the problem may be that your primary email is already used for Pro license that's why you cant be Added to the business program so easily.

    You can add alternative email to your account (on Pro) and then make the alternative email as a primary one - so the original email can be released from the Pro license and added to Business one.

    You will still have access to your data on the secondary email that you can also share / change ownership to the newly Business one.
