Button to go back to a portal

In Brandfolder, it is possible to add a button to the DAM so when a user is in a collection or the DAM they can go to a Portal directly from this button.

My customer has a very limited number of Collection, in their Portal they are using shareable links to take users to the right place. When accessing the shareable link, the Portal button does not show. Is there a way to make it appear? Would you have a better idea to help users navigate back to the Portal?

An option for your customer is adding a hyperlink to the logo. They are able to hyperlink the logo in the top left-hand corner of their account - they can link this to their Portal. This settings lives at the Organization Level under "Settings" > "Organization Settings" > "Customize Header Logo" Tab > "Header Logo Link."

Thank you @Rebeca S. this is a great suggestion.

Meanwhile, I also spoke to support and they advised that it is possible to have the support team create a button visible from shareable links.
