Automation Workflow to CC an Email Address

Hello Everyone!

I have created an automation workflow that functions as intended. However, there are individuals I want to be cc'd on the automation email rather than each individual receiving a separate email each time the workflow is triggered.

Does this capability exist in Smartsheet? Is there a potential work around?

Hello,

I have a standard alert for when a task is marked 'Complete' to send the Owner of that task an alert. I also need the same email alert to go to two other people.

In other words when the task is complete, send Owner + 2 others an alert. Where the Owner is different for each task but the 2 others remain the same

How can I tag the additional two email addresses to the alert without creating a custom automation for each Owner?

If your team uses Slack then you might be able to send the notification to Slack and setup Slack so that it automatically opens a conversation with the individuals. Similarly, you might be able to do something similar with Teams. But I'm not 100% sure if this is possible, and I've never done anything like that before.
