Creating a Report

I am trying to create a report from a sheet that only our Coordinators have access to. The report is for the team to view, but when I send them the link to the report it is bland. Is it because they don't have access to the original sheet?

Hello,

Yes this is the basic functionality in Smartsheet.

If you are sharing report with someone this person needs to have at least view access to original sheet or sheets.

Thank you….I created a work around by cloning the sheet in the same workspace, creating an automation, and sharing the sheet only with the team, so they would not have access to the workspace…its seems to work, but can you confirm if I didn't share the workspace, they only have access to the sheet?
