Resource Onsite/Offsite flags in RM project

An option, inside RM project, that we could use to create Onsite/Offsite flag?
We would like to show this flag against the resource who is working on an assigned RM project.

Also, resources could be working on multiple projects, at the same time, but will not have same flag settings on every project.
Meaning, they could be working OnSite for Project A, but also be working OffSite for Project B at the same time.

So, this is something we would need to set on a project level, per user.
