How to get help
We are in the process of upgrading our app but need help, sent a couple of emails to devrel@smartsheet.com, no response. Is there a phone number or any other way to reach developer support

Phone number is no use actually. I called the phone number and all it says is that if I am paid customer I should contact my account team via phone number provided in my account

This depends on the size of account you have.
If you have an Account Sales Rep, they can get you in contact with a Technical Support Rep. If you can't find this info, you may need to find the person in your organization who is listed as the "Main Contact" for Smartsheet in "Click Your Account in the lower Left" —> "Plan & Billing"If you have access to "Admin Center" you can also file a support Ticket via the Web
