Project Manager column not populating data

We have a "project manager" column on the project intake sheet that assigns and links out to projects, reports, and dashboards.

On the Portfolio Summary (in portfolio toolkit), It is inserting «project manager» in the column instead of the assigned name for some projects. Why and/or how do I get the assigned name auto-populated instead of «project manager»?

Hi @Nikki G

You will probably be having a project summary sheet or metadata sheet within the tool kit where the information from intake gets pushed to, which in turn pushes the value to portfolio summary.

You will know where the value in Portfolio Summary comes from when you click on a cell in the Project Manager column. Click to go to the link to go to the source of that data. The issue could be due to two reasons, one could be the value from intake is not getting pushed to the project summary or the cell link out to Portfolio summary is incorrect.
