Hey hey everyone! I’ve been wondering about how people prepare to take time off and totally unplug from work. Do you find it difficult to totally unplug from work when you’re taking personal time off?
I like to ensure I’m not a single point of failure by coaching others on how to own their needs. I show people what I do, use automation whenever possible. I also document the what, why, when, and who of my job. I leave an emergency number but people rarely call because they know I trust them. 🙂
It's all about ensuring a healthy balance, including nutrition and outdoor exercise. Set a schedule and let those you work for understand the expectations. Then, when you are "clocked out," walk away from screens (phone, computer, TV) and do something completely different. If you don't take time to clear your mind, dream, create, etc., you will become stagnant and even burn out.

I used the new feature with the dropdown column type where you can reference a single source sheet for dropdown values (thank you, Smartsheet!), but when I am creating my form, it doesn't show that field in the form —- see error message below.
