I created a summary sheet but it brought in all current data, which i deleted now it is gone

I deleted all data from a summary sheet, it also deleted all data from the active sheet. is it all gone forever or can it be retrieved?

    Hi @GLW

    If you go the activity log, and view the entries from before your data was deleted, you can request a snapshot. It sends an e-mail to the owner of the sheet with an Excel version of your sheet.

    You can then either copy and paste or re-enter the data in your sheet.
