DocuSign + Smartsheet Integration: Blank Screen

Hi Smartsheet experts,

Please help me with DocuSign Integration with Smartsheet, I am getting a blank screen when I click on e-Sign.

I am an Admin in Smartsheet under a Business Account, My login location is Australia/Sydney

Hi @HappyS,

The e-sign integration in Document Builder is available for customers on Enterprise and Premier plans. As you’ve stated that you're on a Business plan, this explains why you’re seeing the green ‘upgrade’ arrow next to the e-sign option within Document Builder and why clicking the e-sign option doesn't advance to another screen.

The ability to generate PDF documents with Document Builder is available for customers on Business plans as well as those on Enterprise/Premier plans.

Have you used the Docusign before and it stopped working or is this your first one?
